Hyundai India decided to launch its new best selling small car i10, a facelift version. Facelift version of Hyundai i10 is expected to launch on September 23, 2010.
The hatchback Hyundai i10 facelift will come with 1.2 kappa engine VTVT, the Hyundai verna engine technology that gives more power and torque with more fuel efficiency. Hyundai will continue to sell the existing i10, with the 1.1-litre motor in the base model.
The most visible upgrade you will find in Hyundai i10 facelift is its headlamp, which is bigger and gets clear-lens treatment. From the sides, the new i10 looks similar to the existing model and rear has new tail lamp design “inverted C-shaped”. There will be a wider front grille along with a new bumper and fog lamps.

Anticipations are high that the new Hyundai i10.Hyundai India launching its new i10 to stave off competitions that Hyundai is facing from other small cars like Ford Figo, Chevrolet Beat, Volkswagen Polo and Nissan Micra. However, its biggest threat is from Suzuki Swift, which is celebrating the 1-millionth edition and they launch its new Swift – one million edition with all new “Goldsmith Black” color variant.

BMW India will launch the facelifted version of its popular BMW X5 Sports Activity Vehicle on September 21, 2010. After Mercedes Benz, German car manufacturer BMW is the second largest luxury car maker in India. The new BMW X5 has more powerful engine and has some cosmetic changes like front new bumper.

The BMW X5 will have a minor nip and tuck at front and rear plus new paint shades and wheel designs.

Price of 2010/11 BMW X5 facelifted version is expected to be slightly higher than the current models and it will come in two engine options:
(A) X5 X DRIVE 50i, it will replace the 4.8i. Power will come from the same 4.4 twin turbo V8 petrol with GDI and 8 speed automatic which powers the 750 Li. 407 horses at your disposal.
(B) X5 X DRIVE 30d will be powered by a straight six 3.0 L diesel with 242 hp and an 8 speed automatic.

All engines of the BMW X5 facelift are Euro 5 emissions standards compliant.

Mercedes Benz is planning to launch its premium R class multi purpose vehicle in India by mid October, 2010. The Mercedes Benz R-Class R350 supposed to priced proximately Rs. 60 Lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). The Merc R-Class R350 will come with a 3.5L V6 engine producing 272bhp@6000 rpm, same as E350 and S350.

The seven seater multi purpose vehicle Mercedes R350 presently has no competition in Indian market but in near future Porsche may come up with Cayenne V6 may be on same price range, then choice is yours.
